Virginian-Pilot reporter Sierra Jenkins was among those killed in the incident outside Chicho's Pizza Backstage that also left one man dead and three others injured. Jenkins had just turned 25 on March 13. She was a native of Norfolk and started writing for The Pilot in December 2020.
