Jobless workers in 4 states suing to reinstate federal benefits; so far Florida not among them

Out-of-work residents in four of the 26 states that ended federal unemployment benefits early are suing in an attempt to revive the program they argue is still desperately needed. But it’s unclear if Florida will join them.
